Zinc die-cast has unique challenges: temperature-sensitive stages, plating sub-types (chrome/nickel/brass), and rejection routing back to either re-casting or re-plating depending on the defect. NexForge handles all of it.

Plus, since most zinc parts are components in larger assemblies, our multi-process BOM means a single finished product can spawn 2-5 sub-work-orders (zinc body + aluminium lever + final assembly), all tracked together under one parent WO.
